We are a family of pizza lovers, so any kind of pizza related recipe, we keep on a regular rotation.
These are perfect for busy nights when you need something quick!! They are a hit with kids and adults! 🙂 The best part is that they are so easy to make!
I found some gluten free Hawaiian rolls at Whole Foods the last time I was there, so that is what I used to make these! I have posted a picture of the package below (and the rest of the ingredients needed for this recipe) so you can keep an eye out for them.

Ingredients:
-1 package of gluten free Hawaiian rolls
-Pizza Sauce
-Sliced mozzarella cheese
-Pepperoni
-1/2 cup of butter (1 stick)
-1 teaspoon of garlic powder
-Parsley to taste
-2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Slice your package of Hawaiian rolls in half to separate the tops and bottoms.
- Spread your desired amount of pizza sauce on to the bottom section of rolls.
- Top with sliced mozzarella.
- Place desired amount of pepperonis on top of the cheese.
- Put the tops of the rolls on top of the pepperoni layer.
- In a small bowl, melt butter. Stir in garlic powder, parsley, and Parmesan cheese.
- Pour and brush over tops of the rolls.
- Place in oven to heat for about 20-25 minutes.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy!!
Notes:
-You can change up your filling and use sausage, bacon, veggies, etc. Just whatever you like!
-Fresh sliced mozzarella is the best for these, but you could also use shredded if that’s what you have.
-Marinara sauce would also work if you don’t have pizza sauce on hand.
-You can use regular Hawaiian rolls if you don’t need these to be gluten free.
-These are best eaten fresh as the leftovers can get soggy.

Cut your rolls in half to separate tops and bottoms.

Top with pizza sauce.

Add your mozzarella.

Layer pepperoni on top of the mozzarella.

Melt your butter and add garlic, parsley, and parmesan.

Pour/brush on top of your rolls and bake.

Serve immediately and enjoy!!
