I love a good pasta dish! I also love when the recipe is super easy and there is not a lot of prep or cleanup. This Italian Sausage Baked Ziti is delicious and so easy to make. It is also very kid friendly and relatively cheap to feed your family with this.
The trick to making this a good gluten free dish, is to find a great gluten free pasta. I love the Jovial brand (what I used for this) or Barilla. I have put a picture of both of those below.

Another wonderful thing about this recipe is that it’s so versatile! If you don’t like Italian Sausage, use ground beef or ground turkey instead. You might just want to add some dried Italian seasoning to your meat while cooking it. Cottage cheese or ricotta cheese would also be good to mix in. The options and variations are endless, so do what your family loves!
